Meet the Fresh Hearing Team

Claudia is a warm and approachable clinician who takes pride in making every patient feel comfortable and at ease. She tailors her care to each individual's needs, ensuring a personalised and supportive experience throughout their hearing journey.

With a Masters in Applied Psychology, Claudia brings a distinctive understanding of patient wellbeing to her clinical practice. She subsequently trained in audiology at De Montfort University, qualifying as a Hearing Aid Audiologist, and has since completed training across all major hearing aid manufacturers.

Adam is the friendly first point of contact at Fresh Hearing — the voice on the phone and the welcome at reception. He looks after appointment bookings, patient enquiries and the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels at ease from the moment they get in touch.

Calm, organised and patient-focused, Adam works closely with the audiology team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes so your visit is as straightforward and unhurried as possible.

Mr Raja qualified as a doctor in 2000 from Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals medical school in London. Following additional training at Johns Hopkins Medical School in the USA, he returned to the North West to pursue his clinical interests, focussed around ear, nose and throat.

He is a valued member of the Fresh Hearing team, providing consultant-level expertise and surgical referral pathways where required.

Mr Hargreaves is a core member of the GM Thyroid Cancer MDT and Clinical Cancer Lead for The Royal Bolton Hospital FT. He is a post CCT fellowship-trained Otologist with a special interest in Menière's Disease, paediatric and adult otology, and chronic nasal and sinus conditions.

He also undertakes facial aesthetic surgery (rhinoplasty and otoplasty) and is committed to training in his role at the Trust.
