These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fresh Hearing Ltd website at freshhearing.co.uk and your relationship with Fresh Hearing Ltd ("we", "us", "our") as a patient or prospective patient. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment or using our services.

By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Fresh Hearing Ltd is a private hearing care provider operating clinics in Bolton, Greater Manchester, and Haslingden, Lancashire. We provide ear wax removal, hearing tests, hearing aid fitting and aftercare, custom ear protection, and related hearing health services.

Registered in England and Wales. Company No: 07772929. Registered address: 183 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ.

2. Our Services

All services provided by Fresh Hearing Ltd are delivered by qualified hearing healthcare professionals. We reserve the right to:

  • Decline to provide a service where it is not clinically appropriate
  • Refer you to another healthcare provider where a condition requires care beyond our scope
  • Modify or withdraw services with reasonable notice

Our services are private and are not NHS-funded. All prices are quoted clearly prior to treatment and no services will be provided without your prior consent.

3. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, or in person at either of our clinics. When you book an appointment:

  • You will receive a confirmation by phone or email within one business day
  • Please arrive on time - late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling
  • Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions or medications at the time of booking
  • You must be aged 18 or over to book independently; patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment:

  • Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice - no charge
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice - may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Failure to attend without notice (DNA) - may be subject to a charge and may affect future booking priority

5. Hearing Aids - Purchases and Returns

When purchasing hearing aids from Fresh Hearing Ltd:

  • A trial period is available on selected models - please ask for details at the time of consultation
  • Custom hearing aids (including custom moulded products) cannot be returned once manufactured unless they are faulty
  • Hearing aids carry the manufacturer's warranty - duration varies by brand and model
  • Our aftercare service is included for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty

6. Custom Ear Protection

Custom ear protection products (musician plugs, swim plugs, sleep plugs etc.) are manufactured to the impression of your ear canal. Once manufactured:

  • Custom products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or do not fit due to an error in the ear impression process
  • A remake may be offered at our discretion where a product fails to fit within a reasonable timeframe from manufacture

7. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless a finance or payment plan has been agreed in advance. We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards. Prices are displayed on our website and in our clinics and are subject to change.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fresh Hearing Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
