It uses AI-driven sound processing to automatically adapt to different listening environments, with seamless streaming from iPhone, Android, TVs and accessories.
How is Unitron different from Phonak? +
Unitron and Phonak are both part of the Sonova Group and share the same ERA processor and Integra OS sound processing platform — so the underlying performance is very similar. What is Log It All? +
Log It All is a Unitron feature that tracks your real-world listening environments after fitting. The data helps us fine-tune your hearing aids at follow-up appointments based on how you actually live and listen — not just on what we measure in the clinic.
Is the Unitron Smile rechargeable? +
Yes. All Smile models are rechargeable and come with a charger included in the price. A full overnight charge gives you a full day of use including streaming.
Does the price include aftercare? +
Yes. The price includes 2 years of aftercare, professional fitting by an HCPC-registered audiologist, Real Ear Measurement verification, the charger and a 5-year manufacturer warranty. After the initial 2 years, we offer a Monthly Care Plan from £25/month or Pay As You Go pricing.
